Ayoob AI
Service 02Ongoing partnership

Your AI team. Without the hiring.

For companies that want a CTO and an engineering team on their side, not a one-off build.

A CTO and a dedicated engineering team who work as an extension of your business. They set the strategy, build the systems, launch them, and keep improving them against real use. Internal tools, or a product for your clients.

Your AI team

What you get.

A CTO and engineering team dedicated to you. We own the technical side from first spec to launch and beyond. You focus on your business and your clients. We build and run the technology.

Strategy and spec

A CTO who works out what to build, in what order, and what to leave alone. Clear written scope, honest advice on what is realistic.

Build and launch

The team architects, builds and launches. Full code, production-ready, integrated with your systems, designed for the people who will use it.

Run and improve

After launch the same team stays. Bug fixes, new features, scaling, and live user testing so the software gets better with every release.

What a month looks like

Every month, the same rhythm.

Week 1

Sprint planning

We agree the month’s scope against the roadmap and the requests your team raised. You see what ships and when.

Weeks 1 to 4

Build and ship

The team builds, tests and deploys into your environment. Live systems are monitored and supported throughout.

Weeks 2 and 4

CTO review

A biweekly strategy review with our CTO, in plain language: what the data shows, what to build next, what to stop.

Any day

Requests from your staff

Reserved capacity every month for the people using the software to ask for changes. Triaged within two working days.

Two tracks

Existing systems, or new ones.

Both tracks are the same team and the same monthly rhythm. The difference is where the roadmap starts.

Track one

Existing systems

For teams running AI software we have already built, often after an AI Automation project, or inheriting a system that needs a serious engineering partner.

  • +Dedicated engineering team, allocated at the outset
  • +Biweekly CTO strategy review
  • +Monthly delivery sprints with defined scope
  • +Reserved capacity each month for requests from your staff
  • +Bug fixes, performance work and system hardening
  • +Continuous integration and deployment support
  • +Documentation kept current as the system evolves
Track two

New systems

For companies building new AI systems or a new product from the ground up. The first year's roadmap is planned and architected on day one.

  • +A twelve-month roadmap, planned on day one
  • +Dedicated engineering team, allocated at the outset
  • +Biweekly CTO strategy review
  • +Monthly delivery sprints against the agreed roadmap
  • +Reserved capacity each month for requests from the people using the software
  • +Full code. No low-code. No wrappers.
  • +Integration with your existing databases, APIs and tools
  • +Security-first architecture, ISO 27001 aligned
  • +Full documentation, handover and knowledge transfer
Response times, both tracks
P1Acknowledged and in active remediation within 3 hours, around the clock
P2Acknowledged within 12 hours during working hours
P3Resolved within 5 working days

Simple, predictable pricing, agreed up front against a written scope within a week of the discovery call. Hosting and model costs go straight to your own providers, with no mark-up.

Included as standard

Live user testing and refinement.

A product that works in a demo is not the same as a product your clients will pay for, or a tool your staff will actually use.

Because the team stays with you, testing with real users is part of the monthly rhythm, not a separate project. We put the software in front of the people who use it, collect what they tell us, and refine it release after release.

Continuous refinement

Built into every month.

FAQ

Questions about AI Solutions.

What is AI Solutions?

AI Solutions is our ongoing partnership. A CTO and a dedicated engineering team from Ayoob AI work as an extension of your business. Each month the team ships against a written roadmap, reviews strategy with you, supports everything already live, and makes room for requests from your own staff. It is the right fit when AI is becoming part of how your business runs, not a single build.

How is this different from AI Automation?

AI Automation is a complete, one-off build: we scope a system, build it, deploy it and hand it over. AI Solutions is an ongoing team. Many clients start with an AI Automation project and move onto AI Solutions once the first system is live and they want it extended, supported and followed by the next ones.

What is included each month?

A dedicated engineering team allocated at the start, monthly delivery sprints with a defined scope, a biweekly CTO strategy review, reserved capacity for feature requests from the people using the software, bug fixes and performance work, continuous deployment support, documentation kept current, and live user testing and refinement on anything that has shipped.

Can the team build a new product, not just internal tools?

Yes. If you have the idea or the funding, the team acts as your CTO and engineering department: from first spec through architecture, build and launch, then continuous improvement against real user feedback. You keep the business side. We own the technology side.

How long does a partnership run?

We plan the work as a twelve-month roadmap, because serious AI work compounds. The first quarter ships the first systems. The second extends them into the systems around them. By the end of the year the team knows your business well enough that new requests ship in days. The length of the partnership is agreed with you up front, in writing.

How does pricing work?

Once we have sized the team and the scope, you get a written proposal within a week of the discovery call. One predictable monthly cost, agreed before anything starts, so finance knows the number. You are buying senior engineering time, not per-seat licences. Hosting and model costs go straight to your own providers, with no mark-up.

What happens if the partnership ends?

Everything is documented as we go. If you decide to stop, we run a structured handover so your systems keep running. Most clients stay on, because the team knows the business and new work ships fast.

Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?

No. The CTO review is in plain language: what the data shows, what to build next, what to stop. You bring the business problem. We handle architecture, development, deployment and maintenance.

Start with a conversation.

Thirty minutes on the phone. A written proposal within a week. We'll tell you straight if an ongoing team is not the right answer.
