AI automation for UK businesses.
Full code AI software, built in Newcastle, shipped nationally.
Ayoob AI Ltd is a UK-registered full code AI automation agency based in Newcastle upon Tyne. We build custom AI software for British businesses, from SMBs to enterprises, national and regional.
Built for UK businesses, UK regulation, UK scale.
UK business AI is not just AI with a Union Jack on it. UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, FCA, PRA, SRA, ICO, and sector-specific rules shape what is deployable. We build AI automation that lands inside that constraint set cleanly.
UK data protection
UK GDPR, DPA 2018, ICO guidance baked in. Private AI on-premise where data sensitivity requires it.
UK sector regulation
FCA, PRA, SRA, CQC, OFSI. We have shipped under each. We know where the edges are.
UK commercial terms
UK company structure (Ayoob AI Ltd). Sterling contracts. UK bank details. UK VAT. UK law.
Newcastle first. UK-wide delivery.
Our office is at New Bridge Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8ST. North East and Newcastle clients get in-person discovery as standard.
See our dedicated page on AI automation in Newcastle for the local focus.
For clients in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Cardiff, or anywhere else in the UK, discovery is remote first with on-site as needed.
Why full code AI automation over no-code for serious UK businesses.
UK-grade AI automation.
Fraud and threat detection
Real-time GPU pattern matching for gaming, finance, and SIEM workloads. A poker operator recovered 18 percent of revenue in the first 90 days; detection latency dropped from 60 minutes to under 30 seconds.
Full-team backend automation
An accounting firm went from 12 accountants to 2 senior reviewers on ledger, VAT, payroll, and compliance. 10 staff redeployed from admin to revenue-generating roles.
Customer intelligence and CRM
Hospitality face-scan CRM with sub-200ms guest recognition on 500,000 profiles. Walk-in personalisation at staff laptop speeds, no cloud round-trip.
Private AI on-premise
Zero-cloud automation for healthcare, dental, and regulated UK firms. 70 percent of admin time eliminated. UK GDPR and NHS DSP compliant by architecture.
Compliance and DPO automation
SAR turnaround from 22 days to under 4 hours for a higher education client. Continuous compliance monitoring instead of quarterly audits, with full audit trails.
Sales, research, and content engines
Live-adapting proposal generation (3 to 5 days compressed to 15 minutes), private research RAG for financial analysts (15 times output), GPU video production (30 to 300+ per month, 85 percent lower cost).
Built for UK regulators, not retrofitted to them.
The UK has taken a deliberately different path from the EU AI Act. Rather than a single horizontal regulation, the UK relies on existing sector regulators (FCA, ICO, Ofcom, MHRA, CMA) applying their existing remits to AI-assisted decisions. For the firms we work with, this matters more than it sounds. It means an AI system shipped without compliance architecture in mind will eventually be scrutinised by a regulator that already has the powers to act, not a future regulator that has not been constituted yet.
Three regulatory pressure points shape every UK enterprise AI build we deliver.
UK GDPR and the ICO. The ICO's October 2025 AI auditing framework treats AI as a high-risk processing category by default. DPIA obligations attach to almost every production AI workflow that touches personal data. Article 22 on automated decision-making is being read more strictly in 2026 than it was in 2022, with the bar for what counts as "meaningful human review" rising in practice. Public LLM APIs make the evidence pack harder. Private deployment makes it easier. We design the audit trail in from week one, not bolt it on after a complaint.
FCA Consumer Duty. For our financial services clients, the December 2025 Consumer Duty implementation update made foreseeable harm reviews a recurring feature of AI delivery. Any AI system that shapes a price, a credit decision, a complaints categorisation, or a vulnerable customer assessment sits inside the Duty's scope. The four things firms have to evidence (decision logic auditability, bias testing, low-confidence routing, consumer impact measurement) are architectural concerns. They cannot be answered after the build. We treat Consumer Duty as a design input, not a sign-off step.
Crown Commercial Service and G-Cloud. For public sector engagements and the suppliers who sell into them, the CCS framework and G-Cloud 14 procurement route shape what can be deployed where. UK data residency requirements, supplier security accreditation expectations (Cyber Essentials at minimum, ISO 27001 for most contracting authorities), and the move toward sovereign AI capabilities all flow through CCS. Our ISO 27001:2022 and Cyber Essentials certifications are the baseline for this work, not a marketing point.
Cross-cutting all three is a posture choice. We build AI systems that survive a serious compliance review without rewriting the evidence pack. For UK regulated firms in 2026 that is no longer a feature. It is the architecture.
Where the regulatory architecture is the central question, the deeper treatment lives in our pillar piece: Private AI for UK Regulated Businesses. It walks through workload-level architecture choices, ICO framework alignment, and the engineering decisions that follow from each.

AI automation in the UK: common questions.
